Rise & Thrive: Girls Fall Fitness Camp

Four Saturday's (month of October) of fitness, boxing, and life skills coaching.
Ages 12-18 yrs old only

Introducing Family Fitness!

Every Saturday and will run every Saturday from 9am - 11am only.

The concept comes from not knowing who is pushing who to stay active and get healthy within each family.  So why not invite the entire family to come work out together and support each other to reach healthy goals.  

  • Coaches and Trainers On-Site

    they are there to give you tips and ideas, not put you through a full workout. They can also show you boxing drills and help make sure you know how to use all the equipment.

  • Learn Boxing Fundamentals

    coaches will be floating around and able to hold mitts or help you learn different boxing fundamentals and workout options.

  • Mobility and Strength Equipment

    plenty of equipment to help give you and your family a great and fun workout.

  • Fun Cardio Options

    different ways to help burn those calories. Not just a row of treadmills.

  • Free All Summer Long!

Coming Soon, Youth Open Gym Summer 2026

Toe 2 Toe Youth Training Center is launching a Youth Open Gym in Summer 2026, Monday through Friday.

More details coming in early spring.

We are excited to share a quick teaser of what’s ahead. In Summer 2026, we plan to launch a Youth Open Gym running Monday through Friday to help youth stay active, build confidence, and stay connected in a positive environment.

We are still finalizing the details, and we will share more information in early spring.
